DYBO Health and Fitness offers a wide variety of services and Helen is an inspiration, and so much fun! I attend one of Helen's fab dance classes every Monday after work and I always leave feeling like I've had a big energy boost, which is exactly what I need :)
Helen's knowledge of dance, fitness, and well-being is endless, and she's always offering great advice and tips. I've just become a member (which is amazing value) and I'm looking forward to keeping fit and happy in 2025!!

I have been doing Helen’s classes for many years, from when I was an elite athlete to now, wanting a functional fitness approach as I get older. Helen can deliver on all levels for every person, from beginner to elite athlete and any age.
Her experience and knowledge in the fitness industry is priceless, offering classes in strength, cardio, dance, mobility and also wellness like the yoga based classes. I have always been an advocate for class based fitness as it’s so motivating and holds you somewhat accountable to show up.
I have moved out the area now but still do classes on zoom. I still jump in in person when I am in the area, and very much feel a part of the DYBO family whether I am in my house working out on zoom or in the DYBO studio. Helen is one of the few instructors that accommodates her classes effortlessly for zoom and in person. Helen always offers great advice and corrections, and good technique is always at the forefront of her instruction which so often gets forgotten these days with influencers and you don’t receive any feedback via app classes. I am always learning about fitness, the body, nutrition and wellness within the class feeling more knowledgable to make wiser decisions about my health and fitness journey and Helen is always there to answer any question.
Most of all the classes and community spirit of DYBO is fun and motivational. I feel like Helen, the other instructors, the classes and people in them are so welcoming for everyone, as I appreciate some fitness classes out there can be so intimidating if starting out on your fitness journey. The same people return week in and out which I always think is a great sign of a good class. Highly recommend!

I found DYBO at the start of 2024 and I’m so pleased I did. I had been looking around for ages for an adult dance class that wasn’t ballroom or Latin, as most of them seem to be. DYBO was just what I was looking for.
I do the Dance Fit and Fab and Dancespiration classes and I love them! From the music we dance to, to the choreography, it’s such a fun environment and a fabulous way to keep fit and get the body moving.
Helen, the teacher, makes everyone feel very welcome and you feel part of the DYBO family from the start. If there’s a bit of choreography you’re struggling with, she will give you easier options, no one is made to feel as if they don’t belong. There is a mix range of ages in the classes too which is wonderful. I’m just sad I didn’t find DYBO sooner, but looking forward to being with them for a long long time to come.

I would never go anywhere else to look after my health and fitness! Helen is a total professional and designs an array of different classes to suit people with varying abilities. The classes are so friendly and we all have great fun every week. Lots of opportunity to build strength, endurance and fitness as well as core strength and stability. I just love Helen's classes and her sense of humour.

I always leave Helen’s classes feeling like I’ve had a great workout! Each week the music and exercises are slightly different and Helen encourages you to do the best you can from the thorough warm up, right through to the cool down at the end.
Everyone is very friendly and I would highly recommend her classes.

Very welcoming classes, open to all with no judgement. Helen is a very experienced, knowledgeable teacher; very down-to-earth with a great sense of humour. Every class is different and never boring. I first attended six years ago, with a very low level of fitness and would never stop going now. I feel so much fitter and stronger.

Helen from DYBO Health & Fitness is a master of her craft. In group classes she always ensures everyone is catered for irrespective of their ability, ailments, fitness levels or broken bits.
She also is a fantastic PT instructor, sports masseuse and her knowledge of health, hormones, food, mental health is extensive.
I highly recommend Helen, once you start in one of her services, you know she will will be there to always develop your physical and mental health, whatever your age.

I’m so pleased I found Helen and her classes. Her boogie fit is excellent fun and you hardly notice how hard your exercising.
The barre class is fantastic- I’ve never felt so elegant whilst working out and I’ve seen a massive increase in my strength and posture in the short time I’ve been attending.
Helens enthusiasm is second to none, you always feel great at the end of a class and it’s perfectly backed up by her extensive knowledge and experience to ensure you get everything you could possibly want out of a workout.
